Step 1: After you launch the app, click on videoFX to start working on your new   project. You will be able to record a video immediately with the options of   setting a timer in the settings tab on the left hand side and real time filters   in a menu on the bottom part of your screen.

Step 2: Click on fx video button and apply filter on video recording.
