Step 1:- How to Download from Microsoft Store

  1. Open Microsoft Store

    • Click the Start menu, type Microsoft Store, and open it.

  2. Search for Screenshot Easy

    • In the search bar, type: Screenshot Easy

    • Look for the app with a camera or screenshot icon (developer name may vary).

  3. Install the App

    • Click on the app from the results.

    • Press the Install or Get button.

    • Wait for it to download and install.

  4. Launch the App

    • After installation, click Open directly from the store.

    • Or later, launch it from the Start menu.

Step 2: Launching Screenshot Easy

  • When you launch the app, you’ll see the main interface with:

    • Take Snap

    • Snap With Crop

    • Output Folder

    • Image format dropdown (JPG, PNG, etc.)

Step 3: Taking a Screenshot

  • Full-Screen Capture:
    Click Take Snap to capture the entire screen.

  • Custom Area Capture:
    Click Snap With Crop, then use the mouse to select a region.

Step 4: Saving or Viewing Screenshots

  • After capturing:

    • A preview appears with a filename.

    • Click Output Folder to view all saved screenshots.

    • Use the format dropdown to change the save format before snapping (e.g., PNG, JPG).




Step 5: Customizing Settings

Theme Tab:

  • Choose a theme: Windows Default, Light, or Dark.

  • Adjust UI elements like:

    • Transparent background

    • Tab bar position (Top or Bottom)

    • Title bar color (Theme or Accent)

Browser Tab:

  • Set your home page and default search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo).

  • Toggle permissions like:

    • Location

    • Notifications

    • Camera/Microphone access

  • JavaScript: Keep this enabled for normal web browsing.

Step 6: Choosing Image Format (From Screenshot 4)

  • Top-right dropdown lets you choose:

    • JPG – Small file, good quality

    • PNG – High quality, supports transparency

    • BMP, TIFF – Uncompressed, large file size

    • GIF – Best for simple graphics or web usage
